Transcriptions for ‘Anecdote’ parts I and II and ‘Travelling’ part I

Over the past couple of months we’ve had some delays with our transcription blogs – in part because this newly decoded material has thrown up fresh questions that require further investigation to unravel. Thanks as ever to the Dickens Decoders, who continue to go from strength to strength – both in terms of the quality and fullness of their solutions, as well as their suggestions for potential sources. In every #SolveItDickens challenge dozens of symbols have been transcribed for the first time – you can find out more about newly deciphered characters via the Roll of Honour.

While we continue to research ‘Anecdote’, please find the transcripts for parts I and II below, along with the first part of ‘Travelling’.
